We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. The hotel is small with around 20 rooms, but it offers good facilities, including free WiFi. The location is perfect, as it is situated close to restaurants and some of the main tourist attractions in the Kumkapi area. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the trams, making transportation easy and convenient.
Was all great.

The staff was very friendly. Even served food at our rooms when they realized we never made it down for breakfast. Only hotel co-owner speaks english. None the less we managed perfectly fine to arrange everything we needed with him. Big Plus: STAFF, they really do whatever they can for you. also Location, about 30min to everything in the old city. There are PLENTY of night life at the fish restaurants around the hotel (till 2 am everyday)
The showers smells like fish when you turn on the water. (Must be the city water supply) Not always warm water

The free coffee and tea were nice, and the staff was friendly. the location was fairly convenient, not too far from where I needed to be. the bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep.
The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. My room was not properly cleaned, and there were various damages and signs of disrepair throughout the hotel.

Nice and new hotel in historical location for an excellent price. We were pleasantly surprised with the way everybody treated us and the quality of service. I would like to personally mention soft pillows and long beds.
Fish restaurants outside might be a bit of an annoyance if you go to sleep early.

I didn't like the fact that the descriptions and pics are very different than reality. Moreover there was no sagfe in the room. And Worst of all, we booked 2 rooms and the hotel staff gave us one of them that actually belonged to another guest and moved their stuff without informing them and they ended up entering our room at 10:30pm !!!!!!!

Located in the old city in the area of seafood restaurants, few maters away from the Bosporus and ferry terminals. It's a new establishment so everything is clean and nicely done up. Rooms are air-conditioned and beds are very comfortable. I was offered free coffee and tea throughout my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful and a good source of information. It offers great value for money and much better quality as compared to similarly priced places around the old city.

It's a nice, brand new hotel. Small rooms but very comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Very friendly, helpful staff. They're trying hard to make your stay a pleasant experience! It's about 15 minutes walk from everything such as Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, St. Sophia and all the other sites to see. If you'd like lively nights, fish restaurants and Turkish music you're in the right place. Famous Kumkapi restaurants are right infront of the hotel. You only need to go about 20 feet and you find yourself in the middle of a huge party atmosphere! Everynight! :-) Enjoy your stay here!
It's not a big deal but I should mention, there is no elevator! They said it's coming soon! There is some noise from restaurants below but it's not too bad.

What a gem of a hotel! the location is absolutely perfect. It's situated in a nice area, close to all the old sites and trams. You'll find everything you need within walking distance. Additionally, the staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the room were all up to standard, and I was pleased to find that my room had a lovely view of the mahala. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfactory, with a good variety available.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect!

The local location was the highlight as it was great proximity to the restaurants and bars. This made it easier to travel to in the evenings. The hotel offered a good breakfast spread, and provided complimentary internet accesswhich was a bonus.
The hotel had poor housekeeping standards with dirty linens, horrible mold, and broken facilities. Not to mention, their intentions of charging you in cash instead of credit card as well as no receipt is given to validate any payment made.
